Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
A phone screen, followed by one-on-one interview. Everyone I had interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. Interviewers were interested in level of passion with regard to design, as well as level of commitment to customer service. Seems like a great work atmosphere.

Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 2 days)
I came into the store and filled out an application. The store manager called me in for a one on one interview with one of her managers in training. The interview went well and they informed me that they would be contacting me soon if I was selected. One thing that they did tell me was that I would not be receiving my employee discount on furniture since I was hired as a seasonal employee in the housewares department.

Salary was non-negotiable
