Difficult Interview

Market Development Manager Interview

Market Development Manager
Detroit, MI

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Create in August 2010.

Interview Details – Initial Phone Screen with Recruiter; Video Submission of your training/selling techniques and they urge you to be creative; Final Phone interview or Face to Face via Webcam

Interview Question – Not necessarily a specific question, as portraying your fit for the role with the hiring manager as they are hiring you off of a video and a web cam interview. They are looking for a certain assertiveness, yet a relateable quality so that you can build relationships in the field.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – They keep the entire team at the same or within a range. There is very little room for negotiation.
