Interviewed Apr 2010 in Century City, CA (took a day)
Filled out a handful of paperwork. Met with HR first and discussed my resume as well as my previous experiences. Discussed open position and asked why I would fit in with this position. After that they decided they wanted me to meet with the agent who asked similar questions. More position specific questions.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Century City, CA (took a day)
Incredibly laid back interview despite the corporate image. Met with the recruiting manager, and then with the potential agent I would be working for. Initial impressions were slightly intimidating.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Century City, CA (took 1+ week)
Responded to blind-ad online that was slightly old. Recruiter responded saying they thought job was still available. After a series of emails, I met with recruiter in person for lengthy interview. After finding out who the company was, I wasn't sure I wanted to interview but the position itself was interesting even though the job had been open for nearly a year. I was told they were "very laid back and hip" and would feel very comfortable there. Lots of back and forth with recruiter on the blurb that would be sent over with my resume. was finally scheduled for an interview about a week later.
Got there early to fill out Company application, then had to wait nearly half hour for HR's "pre-screen interview". She was very nice. we had a relatively typical interview. She passed me along to the hiring Mgr. An assistant walked me to the appropriate floor. She was friendly, yet what I noticed was that NOBODY TALKS. The assistants sit outside the office and it was the strangest thing I've ever experienced or witnessed in an interview. It was uncomfortable and nothing like how the Recruiter explained. Finally met with Hiring Mgr where we went over my experience, etc. He explained the position and asked me about my previous employer. He then went on to tell me certain things about said employer that were not correct. He inSISTed. I let it slide as I was not a fit nor was I interested. It was a complete turn off. After I left, I called the Recruiter and gave a recap but said I was pulling myself from the process.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
I went in for an interview and I was asked the usual questions. THey asked me about my experience, my goals, and what I was looking for in a company. I answered all of their questions and I showed them my portfolio. I was hired on the spot.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
I applied to the job online. The current EAA called me and asked me to come in for an interview. When I arrived, the area that I would be working in looked very disheveled. Wires were hanging from the ceiling, it was very hot, and many staffers didn't even have their own desk. The current EAA was sitting at a tiny desk right inside the boss' office. No one had any privacy to talk because the amount of space between desk was non-existent. Cubicles would have been a dream come true in that environment. I waited an hour and my interview lasted less than 5 minutes because the boss proceeded to yell at me that I was obviously very bright, it was beneath me to work for him because they couldn't pay me my worth, and he asked what I was even doing there as if it was my fault I was asked to interview. It was evident the only person who had reviewed my resume for the job was the EAA and she wasn't qualified to pre-screen. It was one of the weirdest and worst interview experiences. Since when do guests get yelled at my upper management?!
