No Offer – Interviewed in Indianapolis, IN May 2013 – Reviewed Jun 6, 2013 New
Interview Details – Multiple phone and in person interviews. It's a very lengthy process and very time consuming. I talked with a person in my position out west first, then the regional manager, then the branch manager. After that I was brought in for a round of interviews with the entire staff at the local office. They don't seem to use the behavior based interviewing technique at all. The staff at the Indianapolis office seemed to interview under the impression that nobody would actually want to work for their company, so why would I.

Interview Details – Be very detailed, show a willingness to wear multiple hats and help out where needed. While there is a strong customer service mentality, individuals must show a strength and confidence in their abilities as well.

No Offer – Interviewed in Akron, OH Nov 2012 – Reviewed Jan 9, 2013
Interview Details – Wonderful interview. The young lady was quite helpful in re-writing my resume. Still have not been placed, probably due more to age and much younger qualifying applicants

No Offer – Interviewed in Oct 2011 – Reviewed Apr 6, 2012
Interview Details – met with several recruiters - they did not have specific jobs in line to interview for - rather this was a "fishing expedition" - seemed they wanted to have a lot of resumes on file in case something came up. It was something of a waste of time because I would have expected them to have had specific jobs in mind. Also, the time waiting for the next person to interview was excessive.
