I applied in early September. Got a invitation to a formal candidate dinner in October, followed by an interview at the end of October. The interviewer was very professional. I thought the interview went rather smoothly. He asked me several task oriented questions, a lot of "what if's." I think they really try to capitalize teamwork. Did not get an offer. Great interview experience.
