Credit Suisse Team Leader Development Interview

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Zurich (Switzerland) (took 2 weeks)

Applyed via their career portal. First had a quick phone call with HR where they checked the absolute basics then was invited to first round face to face interview with the potential future line manager. When I arrived, it turned out that the line manager had a wrong interview time (30 minutes earlier) which was not my fault (I checked my written communication with HR after the interview and was definitively on time) but still obviously was not a good start. The interview was not in a meeting room but in the office of the manager which he shared with someone. This other person was at his desks during the whole interview what I thought was not ideal also.
