Difficult Interview

Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Credit Suisse (London, England (UK)) in April 2008.

Interview

Tough set of qualifying interviews with HR, Hiring managers and later business owners. Personality goes and long way as does any prior connection to current employees that are currently "in favour". The process of screening backgruond checks and referencing was the most painful. This ended up with me having to produce my GCSE certificate which I had nto set eyes on since 1988.

Interview Questions

Negotiation

Tough but fair, little bit nerve wracking with small amount of "big bank" pressure to boot. Stand your ground is all I can say.
