You need to prepare a cover letter and VC, do it as serious as u can, without these, you won't be able to stand out to get an interview. For the first round, cs will invite candidates to their office, there will be briefing in the morning, following by group case study, then lunch social networking, 1 on 1 interview usually is in the afternoon. The whole process, from you walking into the building, is assessed. Do walk like a banker, talk like a banker and act like a banker.

    Interview Details

Very smooth and well-managed, mostly due to headhunter who had a good relationship with the hiring manager. 4 interviews, 3 of those 1-on-1 and 1 with 3 future colleagues one after the other. Was mostly expected to explain how I would tackle certain issues and what my ideas were on certain topics. Good, fair interviews.

Poor HR process. Called me 2 weeks after application for a few minutes 'chat' but turns out to be an interview. I then stopped her and asked to rearrange the interview (as I had forgotten what the role was looking for. She replied that thats fine shall rearrange for Friday. Then 20 minutues after call I recevied an e-mail saying that my application is rejected. How unprofessional!
