Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
I applied online, and was notified through email that I will have a phone interview with two employee who would be my boss if I ever got a job offer. I got a phone call at the exact time I was told to have an interview, picked up a phone, and we started to do a phone interview. They first introduced their position, what they are doing in the company, their background, and all sort of things. Then, they asked me what I'm studying at school, what I'm doing on my freetime, etc. other questions they asked to me were pretty much basic stuff like why you're applying to this position, if I think I can handle a huge amount of tasks that would be assigned to me, what was the obstacle I encounted when I was working as a team and how you dealt with the situation, etc. It was actually my first phone interview ever, but overall it wasn't so intimidating. I made some jokes and we laughed together. One question I found difficult to answer because I didn't know the intention of asking the question was how many taxis are running in nyc in a day. Now i think the intention was to test if i can critically think and if I'm a kind of person who pay attention in my everyday life. but at the time I was totally lost why they were asking my this question...well good luck for those who will have an interview with them!
