I applied online – interviewed at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong (Hong Kong)).

1st round - 1 phone interview at their office, 1 interview in person
- mostly CV-based, competency-based questions, pretty lax/loosely structured
- was tested on language ability (Mandarin - I indicated fluency)
- was asked to pitch a stock and make general market predictions for the coming year

2nd round - 3 interviews in person, each with a different style
- one was similar to first round, asked about market knowledge and again tested on Mandarin
- one was chit-chatty, talked about my experience on CV etc
- one was intense: extended questions on my non-finance background "story," asked me market questions "what's a fiscal cliff" and abstract questions like "what's leadership"
