Interviewed Feb 2009 in Tampines New Town (Singapore) (took a day)
I initially started in the company as a contractual employee then after 1.5 years, they absorbed me as a permanent staff. There was only 1 interview by my boss and he was very nice right from the start. The interview was somewhat only for formalities sake as they have already deliberated within the management level that they are willing to offer me a perm position.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 3 days)
The interviewers deliver a positive image of the company. There are 3 sessions of the interview just to better simulate an interview for a FT job position. First 1:1 interview is only a roughly screening. 2nd one is a group interview and can be a little bit stressful working while being observed. The 3 rounds of interviews really get to know a person from every aspects.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 days)
Entire hiring process was very fast and efficient - interviewers called on time for the initial phone interview, interviewers were VPs and were knowledgeable in the domain and were able to ask relevant questions (and counter-questions to replies). Communication by/of firm to whom hiring was outsourced to by Credit Suisse was on time too, and the rest of the hiring processes (salary discussion, application and completion of legal requirements on time and in quality too).
