Interviewed by a developer, very nice person. No technical questions at all.
The will ask behavior questions based on your experience on your resume.
- Biggest challenge in your XXX position.
- how you handle XXX situation
Nothing will be outrageous, but everything you say should have a good reason.
They espacially desire people with excellent interperson skills and good teamwork.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)

Had a 1:1 interview on campus, the interviewer was very nice, asked pure behavioral questions, was looking for a fit for the company. 2nd round on-site interview: had 3 1:1 interviews after a pre-interview lunch with some interviewers. The interviews were also mainly behavioral, asked about past experience, no coding questions.
