I applied through college or university and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Credit Suisse in February 2011.
Interview Details – First round I interviewed with a MD. One MD in the first round kept explaining to me why CS is better than RBC. Very personable. I interviewed with another MD in the final round. The interview was really short and I BSed a bunch of stuff. It was really fake that the MD could tell. Did not get the offer.

Interview Details – - complete online test
- phone call by HR to review resume and ask competency based questions
- invited to London HQ for interview with analyst and VP
- final round interview with Managers, VP and analyst (tough questions asked)
The process took a day - interviewed at Credit Suisse in October 2009.
Interview Details – The interview process was just basically a conversation about the markets and the economy and the weak vs the strong dollar etc. It was pretty casual. I thought it went well but didn't get the position. He also asked why I wanted to do sales and trading for example. Ya know the normal questions
