I applied in-person. The process took 2 days - interviewed at Credit Union Central of British Columbia in July 2010.

Interview questions are average to below average compared to other Financial Institutions. Decisions are made slowly. Two interviews complete - 1) HR and hiring manager 2) VP/Directors of the Department. Expecting high level of qualification but not aligned with payscale. Require reference from current employer without final offer thus resulting potential problems for job hunters.
