Typical human resources questions with a number of technical experience related questions.
Applied on-line and didn't expect to hear back but received an email two days later asking if I could come in for interview.
Manager was quite friendly as well as the person sitting in listening.
No hint of their interest after leaving interview. Like playing poker - no "tells" at all.
Interview went far longer than scheduled.
didn't hear back for several weeks and finally after my prompting them with an email was told that they weren't proceeding with an offer or further investigation.

Interview questions are average to below average compared to other Financial Institutions. Decisions are made slowly. Two interviews complete - 1) HR and hiring manager 2) VP/Directors of the Department. Expecting high level of qualification but not aligned with payscale. Require reference from current employer without final offer thus resulting potential problems for job hunters.
