Interview Details –
Step 1 - Intial contact with HR recruiting representative
Step 2 - Phone Screen (1/2 Hr) with hiring Manager
Step 3 - e-mail follow up with HR Rep
Step 4- all day i(9+ hours) nterview at Cree in Durham; interviewed by 9 Cree Employee
The interview questions were direct but good that faciliated a good dialog. The Cree culture is fast and agressive but not a sweat shop.
Interview Questions
- Describe the epi layesr of a In GaN LED and what are each of these layers perform as afunction within the LED Answer Question
- Provide a previous experince that indicates you ability to get a challenging task completed Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to have open and positve negotiations with the Cree HR recruiting representative
