Senior Software Developer (Java) Interview (Neutral Experience)
Interviewed at Crest Premedia
Interview Details – Interview process was very long. First when my profile got shortlisted, they sent me a coding test. Once my coding test went thru.. they called me in office for face to face interviews. They took 3 rounds of technical interviews and sent me back saying they will call for interview with US client. I followed up 3-4 times and HR always said she is not getting time slot from US people. One day after a month or so they again called me for interview which was for some other position. Don't know what happened to the interview which I had given already. I still went to their office and gave interview. Again on following up the same reason was given to me and there was finally no response. My notice period got over and I joined another company.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Crest Premedia in June 2012.
Interview Details – I had applied through email. I got the call on same day followed by skype call with the CTO from the UK office. It was all smooth process
Interview Question – I was given one code to write. Thought I had not expected about the code writing it was an smooth process though the assignment was difficult. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I have got the package which I was not expecting though I had the other offers from TCS and Barclay this is the best offer which I would have got as per my experience.
