It started with the written test, which included various questions on Financial Ratios, general market conditions & financial case study. After that began the technical round which involved questions related to previous jobs and somewhat related to qualifications.Finally the HR called me offering a pay package with around 35- 40% hike.

Not a very good payer so accept what they give in case you are jobless, for relevant experience there are people with higher pay.

the offer came though my mba college. top students were called for a group discussion and a written test. After some days, the results of the GD and the written test were announced and communicated. Shortlisted candidates were called for an personal interview which was taken by the director. some technical questions were asked and a background check was also done.
