Interviewed Nov 2009 in Miami, FL (took 4+ weeks)
Owner of company saw my resume online and made first contact. I had a brief conversation with him over the phone, then met with him for a 1:1 interview and to take his personality/skills test. Afterwards, I met with his Controller for a 1:1 interview at one of their corporate office, then proceeded on to 2 more phone interviews with his Store Manager who working from the Chicago store and Sales Manager who works remotely from Virginia. After all these interviews, I met with the Owner again to go over what the rest of the phone interviews went and for the offer.

Reason for Declining
I declined the offer because of the benefits. The benefits with this Employer was nothing compared to my current Employer.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
