Interviewed Feb 2011 in Ahmedabad (India) (took 6+ weeks)
Initially they have conducted a Panel Interview.
Followed by a Intelligence test.
Then personal Interview with Branch manager.
Then Telephonic interview with Regional Manager.
Then with HR for final offer.

It was a nice but hard to negotiate as i was on a receiving hand.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
