I have received a phone call from corporate recruiter, asking about my past experience, availability date etc.
Few days later I have received another call from the local account to set up interview. I was interviewed by unit director and assistant director. Some of the questions were:
What was your biggest challenge in your previous job, what was the most difficult thing you had to do, what are your strengths and weaknesses as a manager, what does leadership mean to you.

Negotiation Details
There is no room for negotiation at this level. The salary level is preset and you either accept it or not. Negotiation starts when you get promoted but it is also very limited.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Consisted of a phone interview, a 1:1 a week later and a final negotiation phone call. The phone interview was to see if I was aware of what was on my resume and could I referance back to it. This was not stated but, several questions were specific to material in my resume and it was asked about. The in person interview was to see if I fit with the other personalities in the company.
