Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
For potential candidates, it is vital bring along a pen. There are several pages of application forms to complete and a few essays to write. For experienced hires, you would benefit from going through again your previous work experiences, as the interviewers are very keen to know the nature of work you have performed so far. Interviewers are pleasant and trust me, you would actually come to enjoy the interview process.

My interview process began with on campus interviews after attending a career fair in which the company was present. After the first round interviews I was invited for two onsite interviews and a tour of the company. Within a few weeks of the second round interviews I was offered an internship.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
the firm had a pre-interview night at an on-campus bar. they had wings and beer, and a very informal but informative company trivia session. the next morning, i interviewed with two separate people, one senior manager and one partner. they both had a checklist of questions that they asked me. i felt this was my worst interview out of about eight accounting firms, but i ended up getting the offer.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Chicago, IL (took 5 days)
I came into contact with the company through their website. First off, the professionals were very polite, smart, and friendly throughout the process. I would understand their different groups and try to see where your skils fit to help the organization succeed.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in South Bend, IN (took 2+ weeks)
Very streamlined and to the point. 1 on 1 interview on campus, then a office visit. The interview was pretty basic with most of the typical questions. the pre-night event was also a good experience. A good ratio to employees to interviewees. A lot of good insight into the company was discovered when talking in this casual setting. The interview was then the next day.

Interviewed Jul 2008 (took 3 weeks)
The interview process is in a few stages. Starts with a general phone interview from HR. After that, you get a technical interview (at least in this group) . If you make it that far, you get scheduled for 4-5 interviews in the course of 2-3 hours with many different people. They sure know how to interview well and get the right people. They know what they are looking for in their applicants.
