The human resource department had the phone interview first. The goal of this phone interview is to provide a suggestion to the management. However, it took a very long time for the human resource department to process. And then, I emailed the team manager directly and had a lunch meeting with them. The luch went well. 1 week later, I got a second round behavior interview with the HR department.
