Interviewed May 2012 in San Antonio, TX (took 1 week)
I applied to Frost Bank online, for their CRM application administrator position in San Antonio. Uploaded my resume reference, and education information. It took them several days to get back to me about the position. I received a phone call with a phone interview offer for a couple of days later and accepted. The phone interview was basic and introductory, just questions about my work experience education and why I was interested in the company. I have not heard back from them as of this time.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Houston, TX (took 2+ weeks)
After filling out my application in person I was called in for a interview 2 weeks later.
The first interview was with the Human Resource manager and she asked a few questions about my experience, education, goals, and banking knowledge. I was told I would be called for another interview if I proceed to the next step in the hiring process. I recieved a call 4 days later requesting a interview with the Regional branch management representative. I was asked situational questions, questions about ethics and intergrity. Afterwards she informed me I would be contacted for third interview if I am selected for the next process. I was called back that same evening for a 3rd interview with the Branch manager at the location that had the opening. That interview was more relaxed and I was asked questions about availability, scheduling, experience, and bank procedures. I recieved a call that afternoon with a job offer.
Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate and only excepted what was offered because I had little experience in the field.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 5 weeks)
HR person asked basic questions - why do you want to work here, what do you know about Frost, why are you leaving your job. They said would here back in a few weeks, but did not hear back from HR until I followed up every few weeks. Finally called about 5 weeks later to say they went with another candidate.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
Interviewed with one person from HR and then right after interviewed with hiring manager from the department I applied for. Interview with HR went very well but unfortunately the next interview with the hiring manager was not as good. I did not connect very well with this guy. He barely looked up at me, and didn't seem interested at all. He must have already had his mind made up or had somebody else in mind before even meeting with me.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in San Antonio, TX (took 1+ week)
It took about three weeks from when the posting for the postion was taken down and when I was called for a phone interview. The phone interview was easy enough. Very basic questions. Then I went to meet with an HR manager for the first interview. This interview was the same format as the phone interview. The questions were basic. Tell me about yourself, how did you hear about this position, what skills do you possess...etc. The third interview really focused on the skills needed for the job (phone, computer, good multi-tasker, etc.) and to gauge personality.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
I first met with someone from HR, who I just chit-chatted for about fifteen minutes with. After that she decided to introduce me to the manager who was actually going to do the hiring. The interview started good , usual questions and such. After that it went down hill though. The job required a person who is very talkative and is able to get information from people. I was trying to be attentive and just listen to what he had to say without interrupting him. Unfortunately he took that the wrong way and thought I was a wallflower, needless to say I did not get the job. The office was a typical corporate America office setting especially since it was corporate headquarters.
