Business Analyst at Cummins

No Offer – Interviewed in Columbus, OH Jun 2011 – Reviewed Jul 1, 2011

Interview Details – I applied online and got a call from recruiter. Recruiter scheduled first phone interview with hiring manager. The interview was pretty basic discussion on your resume. Then after a week he called me on-site where I met additional team members. It was a day long. Again interview was based on your resume and experience. I believe they got a better candidate with more experience than me as I didn't get the offer.

Entry Level Engineer at Cummins

No Offer – Interviewed in Columbus, OH Feb 2011 – Reviewed Feb 4, 2011

Interview Details – I applied online to their website for an entry level engineer. They emailed me back a few days later to set up a brief 15 min interview, and attached a document that had 5 typical interview questions (i.e. Most difficult and frustrating task I completed, Most innovative idea I've developed, A time where I did not meet a commitment to a peer/colleague, A conflict with a coworker, A confusing project I had to work through). We briefly went over my answers. A couple weeks later I received another technical interview where we discussed my resume and previous projects and skills I have developed. I have been asked for an on-site interview and I will be attending that shortly.
