I was first called by an HR representative. I had a 30 minute interview a few days later with two generalists. After I was notified about making it to the second round, I was interviewed by to hiring managers for 60 minutes. The questions were difficult. They left me about 15 minutes to ask them questions at the end.

I submmitted my resume on the job fair in our campus and the recruiters asked me some question immediately, some questions about your resume, and why cummins ? why HR? The next day, I got the interview invitation from Cummins. It is 1:1 interview. They asked the behavior questions. They focused on the core values of Cummins
