I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Cummins.

Interview Details – Two interviewees, one asked question and the other took notes. (I guess the company has a special system for taking notes) It is said the interview would last 45mins, but I actually they only asked 20mins and I kept asking them questions for the rest of the time.

Interview Question – Most of them are general behavior questions. The most difficult one is the experience of data analysis.   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Cummins in March 2012.

Interview Details – I was first called by an HR representative. I had a 30 minute interview a few days later with two generalists. After I was notified about making it to the second round, I was interviewed by to hiring managers for 60 minutes. The questions were difficult. They left me about 15 minutes to ask them questions at the end.

Interview Question – They asked very, very specific and detailed questions about my resume. Know your resume WELL.   Answer Question

I applied through college or university and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Cummins in November 2011.

Interview Details – I submmitted my resume on the job fair in our campus and the recruiters asked me some question immediately, some questions about your resume, and why cummins ? why HR? The next day, I got the interview invitation from Cummins. It is 1:1 interview. They asked the behavior questions. They focused on the core values of Cummins
