The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Cummins India Limited in February 2010.

Interview Details

HR people were really helpful. First we had a written test based on engineering core questions, math, problem solving ability. After meeting the required test scores, next step is face to face interview with the team leader. It was a really good experience. Main requirement is good communications skills, ability to work under pressure, negotiation skills. It was followed by a brief HR interview.
