Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 months)
The Interview process took about 3 months from first phone interview to the offer letter. I initially applied to the position thru my college job placement center. I was asked to do a phone interview then I got invited for a sit down interview where they asked more technical questions about the position I was applying for. I was under the assumption that I did well during the process but I did not hear back from them for 2 months, I received an offer letter email and accepted the position.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 1+ week)
First I was given a packet of questions to answer about myself and situations I have been in via email. I filled it in and emailed it back. A couple days later I was called and was told they liked me and I could expect a phone interview in a few days. I was called by the man who would be my manager, and he asked me questions from my resume and schooling in engineering for about a half hour. I got a job offer soon after

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 weeks)
First, I had a phone interview with a Recruiter. She asked me basic behavioral and background questions. She was very nice and not at all intimidating. I was then asked to do another phone interview with two engineers. They asked me more background questions and specifically wanted to know about my customer experience background. I had never been asked about that in any interview in the past. About 10 days after that interview, I received an offer letter.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
First step was phone interview (technical - basically goes over your entire resume). After 2 days, I was invited for an on-site interview.
Interviewers were basically from the same group that advertised this position. There were 2 (1 hr each) one-one interviews. These interviews were not just about the technical questions but also about answering any of your questions and interviewer explaining you about their group. Then there was a brief HR interview (to explain company policies and employee evaluation(refer to other reviews for details) procedures).
Then, there was a 1 hr long presentation. Employees were very courteous and presentation was more like an semi-formal discussion - which I liked (interviewee would not like it if he/she does not have good command over the topic - so prepare really well).

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Minneapolis, MN (took a day)
There was an on-campus interview at the university. I had two 1:1 interviews back to back. Both had behavioral type questions and situation based questions apart from questions from projects/work experience listed on the resume. It was a very casual interview and if you are calm you should be able to crack the interview.

Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 2 days)
Interview was long and lasted about full day. Interviewed by five people, however, they were really nice. I had no idea what they wanted me to do or design, but I used my degree as a sub for experience.
