It was rather easy to be interviewed for this particular position. I had 3 rounds all of which were conducted by different associates. After I was hired, I stumbled upon a grading sheet that each of the interviewees had filled out when they finished their interviews.

It is a simple job, with good pay if you are a recent graduate student and need experience.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
