It sounds to me that no one has taken the time to training and give direction, I will train. Train who is in the building, train what position and title of individuals in the building and create in a spreadsheet form a phone listing of people in the building.

Currently our operators transfer calls to us that does not pertain to us, how will you stop them from transferring call to the wrong people in the building.
