for the interview you have to memorize a phone script and then say it as if the interviewer were a perosn calling inquiring about the gym. also, you must know and demonstrate how to properly use the equipment as well knowing all of the muslces each maching works.

Very basic, face 2 face interview with the franchise owner. I already knew her since I was a member of the gym already. It was a basic formality to conduct the interview & discuss my resume.

No negotiation was needed, it was an entry level position & second job for me.
