Interviewed Aug 2010 in Boston, MA (took 1 week)
I had 1 phone screen, 1 interview with the operations manager and then I interviewed with the brokers i would be working for. I had to return to the office twice. Shortly after my last interview I received an offer. It was a behavioral interview. The office was beautiful, the people were nice, the interview was inviting.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Hanoi (Vietnam) (took a day)
The company called me to its branch in Hanoi to interview after I have sent them my resume. An internship in Hanoi for a consulting group like this isn't that hard.

Very rude lady, made me wait an hour just to ask me tell me about your background, then told me she knew everything she needed to learn, did not ask anything else, did not apologize for being late. All these real estate people are arrogant.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 3 months)
Approachable people at every level. Prompt feedback at every stage, informative and very helpful HR. There are quite a few stages to the whole process, from online interview through numerical test to group assessment, but the good thing is there is plenty of time to prepare and you know what to expect.
As to advice: make your research about the company and read some of the property magazines, just to have an idea of what is happening out there in the market.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 days)
Initial communications were slow in coming, despite an introduction by someone that knew both me and the hiring manager. It made me think they might be disorganized, which seemed to be the case once I finally got to the interviews. I ultimately had to speak with several people over two days. They seemed personable enough, but overall not the most professional in terms of appearance or how they conducted the interviews.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The offer was competitive, but the ability to progress in my career was more important. I felt that the people doing the hiring were not sufficiently competent to either act as good mentors or properly sheppard client projects (or retain or help acquire clients).
