I submitted my resume online in response to an ad on Craigslist. Within two days I received a phone call asking me to interview the next day. I went in for the interview and was invited to a "2nd interview" which was going out to meet with the family that i would be working with. Upon their approval I started two days later.

Negotiation Details
Negotiations were not really much of a part of the process. I needed a job and it is true that they needed people. I was offered $10.50 an hour and responded that $11.00 would be better, however my request was not accepted.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
