The first interview is 1:1 interview. I was asked in details about my resume and some analysis question. Then I was invited for the on-site interview. The on-site one lasted for the whole morning and I was interviewed with 3 groups, 2 people in each group. All questions are technical and they gave me some description about the position and how the career path would be as a technical support engineer.

On-campus interview and there was a reception where I met the CEO of the company.
On-site interview. Interviewed with 3 different people. They provided lunch before the interviews. The company culture was really positive and there was a lot of energy. There's a lot of young people and the people there were friendly, including the managers.

The phone interview was a little difficult, but the HR personnel messed up my scheduled phone interview so the interviewer called when I was not available. I do not think the interviewer was too happy, though it was not my fault.

I had a phone interview with a manager on a Monday in February and was asked to come into the office that Friday to meet and interview with the team. The in-person interview started at 9 AM and ended at 6:30 PM. Good experience overall. I met with several managers and sales associates from multiple teams and they asked different questions (outside of normal interview questions) and made me sell random objects around the room. They were very candid and open about the positions but were challenging in their approach and interview style.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation. I would suggest others should negotiate their salary more than I did. They are willing to make moves. They also give you about 36 hours to make a decision to accept or decline their offer. Granted..that was 2 years ago for myself but I've heard they still do that today. However, if they really want you...they are willing to make exceptions.

Very intensive interview. Met with 5 different people including CEO. Conversational more than your usual standard questions that really mean nothing. Lasted a bit too long but it was worth it.

Flexible and fair. Possible to negotiate title and comp.
Advice to others: if you're just out of school don't go making demands. You have no real work experience (internships don't count) and can't draw realistic comparisons from other jobs in the working world. It's a growing company where you will be rewarded fast but you'll have to put in a lot of hard work and pay your dues so to speak. You WILL be rewarded. This is a very unique company. If you've been elsewhere, you can tell by the energy, talent among every division, and incredible growth (current and new ventures).

I got a call from the Human Resources hiring manager. The phone conversation lasted about 30 minutes. Asked me the basics, what was on my resume, what experiences would contribute to the position. Whether i enjoyed making high volume calls all day. I waited a week and then got no offer

It's a on-campus one to one 30mins interview after sending my resume through campus system. some basic questions about Object-Oriented language, what is polymophism, abstract class vs interface, overload vs override, static key word etc. Second, some Web concepts, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, Htttp and https difference etc. Third, some basic database concepts, what is primer key, foreign key , join operations.

I was contacted by the company through email to set up a phone interview the next day. The interview was basic and just went through my resume. They let me know at the end of the phone interview that I would have an in person interview. The in person, in office, interview lasted 4 hours (I interviewed for two positions). I had 3 interviews with management and one shadowing session per position. The first two in person interviews ask me basic questions about my experience and also asked me what I know about the company. The third interview asked me to "name a time when...how did you handle this". The third interview also asked me some word association and asked me what I would do if I won the lotto.
