Round 1: Phone interview where they look of knowledge on the expertise you have and how much knowledge you have on the subject/technology.
Round 2: Face to Face where they as you more specific technology queries and also check on presentation skill by giving scenarios

The Interview process consist of 1 technical round and one HR round. Mine interview was conducted on day 1 and HR was done after 1 week over phone due to time deficiency.
The interview was for the PHP developer . I was interviewed for around 2 hr. The question was related to database , frameworks, java-script, PHP and j query.
