Group interview with V. P. of Sales, IT Manager, Adm. Assistant.
They had me "Mystery Shopped" prior to being interviewed. Had CD of the "shopper's" interaction with me.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
NO negotiation of 1.5% commission. When I asked about an escalation of commission based on performance, they laughed. Responded that I would make more if I worked more.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
