Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
The interview process was pretty straight forward. They asked me questions regarding my skills for the job position and why D&B? This was D&B pilot internship program for college students so it was pretty unique.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
They were looking for very confident sales people. Personality is a big thing during this interview process. Relative experience is also very important especially related to sales. Be prepared to answer personal questions of when you demonstrated accomplishment or sales results. The interviewer explained the job is high stress and extremely competitive. Results are expected on a regular basis that constantly exceed your previous performance.

Interviewed May 2011 in Melbourne (Australia) (took 1 week)
Phone interview was easy, took about 10 mins. Asked very basic questions about the company, position and your interest in the position. Had the 1:1 interview about a week later, wasn't too bad, but I think I didn't show enough interest in the company and position.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took a day)
I got a call from recruiting company and said they received my resume from an employee in their company. They said my resume fits for one of the position they have and asked me my back ground and work experience. After that they said they are going to call me for technical interview but never got a call from them. When I followed up, they said my name came up in the discussion and are going to call soon. But I did not the call so far.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Denver, CO (took 2 weeks)
The interview process consisted of a local, in person interview with the district manager and a phone interview with the regional vice president. Both interviews were pretty standard questions about sales and customer service experiences. My perception was that the hiring decision was mainly made by the local district manager.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
The process consisted of a phone screen with HR and three (3) 1:1 interviews. Phone screen was very friendly with the goal of establishing a mutual understanding of the job and the fit with my skills / experiences. The HR person made an effort to "sell" D&B during the phone screen itself. I had actually expressed interest in a different role but the HR person convinced me to consider this opportunity.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Kowloon (Hong Kong) (took 4 days)
I sent the CV to HR. As she saw that I have some market research experience,
so I was invited to do a written test first to see if I am suitable to transfer to their consultant department.
So normally the interviews consist of 2 stages,
the first is HR interview, usually asking your background and your experience, telling the job nature and the working hour can be till 8pm. Then it comes the manager interview, asking more technical questions and the specific questions.
