    Hiring process in DAASL is different, Atleast not as regular stereotype qns which you face when you attend a big MNC. They have a very strong decision management consultants who dig deep to the basics and pose questions which cannot be read in documents, They concentrate more on identifying the hands on experience of the candidate.
