Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 5 weeks)
Generic interview questions were asked and linked to experiences from previous jobs or curricular activities.
Perceptions on the image wasn't very good as the interviewer seem to be sleepy, and doesn't conduct herself in a professional manner (Bleary eyes), constant yawns even before the interview started. She was also late by 20mins for the interview. So a total of 1hr was spend waiting for her as we were advised to reach earlier.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 days)
First round is an online personality test, something like a personality and IQ test. It's timed, so you need to complete it during a fixed period. You can start anytime during the specified week, though.
Second round is an interview with the HR manager. They'll ask you many questions on your experiences and reactions to various scenarios - what was your hardest task, what would you do if there was a disagreement, what would you do if you couldn't work with your teammates etc. Just be prepared with loads of anecdotes.
Third round is with the department manager (usually a managing director or senior vice president). This is the dept you will likely work in, so the questions might get more technical and more relevant to your dept, e.g. what are your skills, how do you deal with vendors, are you willing to work overtime etc. This is the final hurdle, after which you're PART OF THE TEAM!

Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
Several one-to-one interviews were arranged in the morning, it did drive me a bit exhuasted. The first one was to meet with the head of research. The typical CV questions were raised. I have earned industry experience in retail sector and property investment, therefore questions like "What do you think about rising IPO cases from retailers in China?" and "outlook of retail sector in China".
The second and third rounds were to meet with the analyst of retail sector and propety sectors repsectively. Questions about property sector was rather technical, such as How to valuate the property firms? What are the key measurements? Which property firms perform better and in which aspects?
