Know your resume from top to bottom. Be prepared to talk about every detail on it as I was asked very few questions. They want to see that you're not a typical engineer that doesn't talk to anyone.

Negotiation Details
Tell them you have an offer from another company that is much higher and work from there. Don't be scared.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Southfield, MI (took 2 weeks)
I applied and interviewed for a position a few months prior, and was beaten out by someone who worked there as an intern before. That particular manager referred me for another position. I interviewed for it over the phone, then had an in-person interview the next week. The week after that, I was offered a position through their largest contract house. The process did not take too long, and they (Computer and Engineering Services) stayed in pretty good contact with me throughout.

Negotiation Details
When I told my current job about the offer, they counter-offered. I was going to stay with my current company because of this, then CES offered an even higher salary. They have some leeway in deciding pay. Don't push it, but ask for what you think. You're worth.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Southfield, MI (took 3 days)
Panel consisted of HR, Hiring manager, Japanese counterpart and employee in
position at same level as I was interviewing. Ii basically had all the requirements they needed and had a excellent track record. I think I was a threat to the employee in the
similar position and could sense a change in his attitude as I answered questions and reviewed my background. Since I have worked with Japanese in the past I could see
that he was satisfied with my responses HR and hiring manager were satisfied with my responses and it lookd very positive leaving the interview.
