Interviewed Apr 2011 in Troy, MI (took 1 week)
I met with them during Career Fair. They had asked me to contact when I am ready for the Summer Internship. The interview was simple. More or less involved detailed overview about me. My qualifications, interests, skill sets and future goals. I spoke to them for 60-70 minutes. Where I was asked to describe about all these. Then they did ask me about the school projects, experiences I gained from them. So in general all went well. I was asked to come and meet them in person after 7 days. I was told I got in on the same day. My advice- If you know how to communicate well this is not a hard task at all.
If you are good with Matlab and are a keen learner I think you will be in.

Negotiation Details
Do negotiate about your rates, I did and I got to know they had a fixed rates for every kind of student and that was the company policy. I agree to that.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
