Interviewed Sep 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
The original started as a phone contact from a recruiter. The next step was an interview with HR on the phone. Following that was an in-person interview at the facility. The next was another phone interview with a regional director. After that was the offer from the company.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Tempe, AZ (took 2 days)
I was called in October for an Inside sales job that didn't start until January. The phone interview was rather lengthy and took a good 40 minutes. About a week later, i got a call back to schedule a 1:1 interview. This interview was about half the time and the west region sales manager just wanted to "get to know me." She said she liked me and she said I was invited back for a group/panel review where i would give a presentation on DHL.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 days)
When applying online you take a brief test. After applying you get a call within a few days over the phone for a phone interview. After the phone interview if you pass you get called in for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager and HR. If they like you at this point you must then pass several tests including a background and drug test. At this point you have one last interview with the director of the site and he then offers you a job if everything checks out.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Plantation, FL (took 1+ week)
First it was a phone interview (a filter) to check if everything in your resume its true. And to give examples of your previous work experiences. Also, what do you know about DHL Express. It took like 40 min on the phone!
Second, an interview 1:1 in Plantation office. It wasnot difficult as I thought. Nice building. Casual dress.
Third, another phone interview with someone that was in UK. It also took like 40 min. This was difficult. It was very especific questions so you have to be prepared!. Especific examples of problems you had solved before. How do you do this and how do you do that from you resume. And how it is your level in MS Access and Excel.
They use Access in everything, every hour, at least in this department. As they described the job position, it had to do more with analyse, and nothing about advertising what it is usual for a MKT Coordinator.
So get the picture clear because you dont want to sit in front of the computer doing queries all day long.

Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 1+ week)
The interview process was initiated by the recruiter and I was directed towards the head of HR for a formal 1 on 1 sitdown. The interview was mainly based on behavioral questions and scenarios. Upon the completion of the interview I was instructed that I would receive an email to take a personality profile test (standard Thomas). I was also instructed that the entire process would take approximately 3 months to make a decision on whom to hire for the position.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Erlanger, KY (took a day)
I was called and told to come in and interview with a different individual other than the one who was calling. When I go there, i interviewed with both individuals. The people seemed very friendly, from the people at the security desk when you walk in to the people who interviewed me.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 1 week)
On applying for the position I got the phone call from the IT recruiter the very next morning who went over the position validating that I had the experience as per the advertised position. He then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager who went into details about my experience and expressed interest in me coming over for a 1:1 interview.
At the 1:1 interview it was a group interview by people who seemed to have been pulled-in together for interviewing me - neither of whom had the knowledge of the position that I was being interviewed for.
It was then a wait for a few days following which I was called-in to interview with the Director, and later offered the job over the phone by the IT recruiter following which I received the formal offer-letter.
