Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 1 week)
On applying for the position I got the phone call from the IT recruiter the very next morning who went over the position validating that I had the experience as per the advertised position. He then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager who went into details about my experience and expressed interest in me coming over for a 1:1 interview.
At the 1:1 interview it was a group interview by people who seemed to have been pulled-in together for interviewing me - neither of whom had the knowledge of the position that I was being interviewed for.
It was then a wait for a few days following which I was called-in to interview with the Director, and later offered the job over the phone by the IT recruiter following which I received the formal offer-letter.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
