The phone interview followed a structured form, beginning with a brief description of experiences and walk through resume. The interviewer asked specific questions about what kind of analysis were done in my previous experiences. Next, the interviewer tried to get to know my personality and my interests. Later, we discussed about company culture and daily tasks at the office. A week later I was contacted to do a skills test on data analysis. A week later I got an offer.

Applied through online application form, having to input personal details and answer 2 competency questions. After the application I was accesed on online psychometric tests (verbal, numerical) by SHL of average difficulty. Then informed within a week for the result and was required to book a phone interview slot. The phone interview consisted of competency questions and personal quesions.

Communications throughout hiring and interviewing process were very good with very few delays. Interviews were basic, with few very probing questions. Interviewers were professional and answered all questions to best of their ability.
Office culture was somewhat flat, with little communications between staff. Constant change and staffing changes put a damper on morale.

Laid back get to know you interview. Throughout the interview questions requiring industry knowledge.
The interviewer and I knew many of the same people in the industry. So it was kind of an inside "job". So it was a very easy process for me.

I was interviewed by an out of town corporate person, the interview went very well except that I was not told a salary range nor which job I was being recommended for, 2 weeks later I rec'd an offer letter ( via e mail) with a salary that was not even close to what I thought it would be and for a job I never applied for- I applied online for 3 different positions, the one I was offered was not any I actually applied for...and that I would be told what SHIFT I would be working on my first day of employment-
I never stated online or on my application that I was available for any shift other than a day shioft, so I called the HR person, she said that all of the day shifts would be fileld by current employeee's that would be transfering to this faciltiy- they really need to advise online when you apply what shifts are available!!!
