Phone interview with someone in HR, Then they will schedule a 1:1 interview. Once you complete your on site interview you are given a computer assessment. If you pass you must complete a background check and drug test, after passing you are hired!
Negotiation Details
Some room for negotiation, starting pay is based on experience.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

The company called me for a phone interview which was basically an explanation of my work history. They then scheduled me for an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty easy. They asked behavioral questions as well as regular interview questions.

My interviewer was very cold and form like. She asked questions from the computer screen and gave no feedback to my answers. The place was empty and it made you feel very fish in a barrel.
