Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 days)
I went to a career fair in January and submitted my resume. They invited me to an evening info session. I came, listened to the presentation and wanted to sign up for an interview only to find out that all times were full. They said they will contact me for an interview. A week went by and nothing happened, so I figured nothing was going to happen of it. Then at the very end of February I get an e-mail asking for an interview by either phone or skype. I said either one was fine, but that i proffered skype. I got a phone interview. Interview started with asking me to go over my resume, highlighting what I thought was most important. Then they asked me why I was interested in the company. Then asked me if I had any questions. They said that they were at the very tail end of the recruitment process. Then they told me I had to take an online IQ test that lasted two hours by 8am next morning. The test was worse than the SAT, it focused on some random vocabulary, analogies, reading synthesis, confusing logic order problems of which goes first and last, pattern logic, grammatical sentence structure and percentage math. REVIEW HOW TO DO PERCENTAGE MATH BACKWARDS AND FORWARDS! Had I reviewed percentages, I would have done so much better. Also you only get 3 minutes per question, you can't go backwards and forwards do easy problems first and go back to difficult ones later. Then I had to write an essay that described the factors which had to be evaluated to build a new IT center.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Denver, CO (took 3 weeks)
Dish does a great job recruiting for undergraduate interns and puts on an impressive show. The people could not be nicer and overall they are very smart and laid back. Their internship program is very meaty and they offer pay and a housing stipend for the students hired. Interview overall was very laid back- wanting to know the usual work experience, weaknesses, strengths as well as they throw in an analytical question to test out your thought process.

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took a day)
I basically pitched myself at a career fair to their recruiters and handed them my resume. They got back to me very quickly about setting up an interview. I met with them in a few days at an info session and interviewed the next day. I interviewed with a panel of alumni. Overall non-stressful process, though at the end there is an essay.
