Teh company called me, I had an over the phone interview and the company faxed paperwork for me to fill out and I was hired right away.

interview process was based via phone call. The interviewer was a Senior Consultant with over than 12 years of experience in SAP BW. He described six different scenarios and I had to provide him a solution for each of them. Since many possibles solutions could be applied, I stated all that I could imagine.

The interview consisted of coming into their office, meeting with the team, the branch manager, and sales team to understand how their day to day operations work. Left the interview with a solid understanding of the personalities within the office. Really a good chance to see what you are getting yourself into.

I received a email from a out of town recruiter with the job description. I email her back for more details and she connected me with the local office. I was submitted to the company by 3 different agencies. I was called to do a group interview at a location that I did not want to work at because of the distance. My contract company was able to work out the location and I was offered the job. The interview was a technical interview and it was also important to have the right personality to fit into environment.
