Quick conversation to ascertain if you have any sales ability what-so-ever and to determine that you are a Native Speaker of English or have a very high command of the language without an extremely heavy accent. Beyond that, if you are a warm body who agrees to show up on-time for your shift you will get hired.

Negotiation Details
There is none. This job is 24 shekels an hour plus 2.5 - 3% commission on sales. Since this is Israel, health insurance is provided by the government to everyone, and technically, holiday pay, vacation pay and over-time rates are regulated, although beware, this employer will try to tell you that you are exempt from some of them, which is not true.
