Interview Details – It was a one to one interview. The company seemed to be well organized and managed. They seem to be more interested in interpersonal communication skills over technical skills for entry level positions. They did not have a set of questions, but went with the flow. Nice people, regret not making it through.

Interview Details – Attended companies info session on campus prior to signing up for an interview. Interview conducted on college campus following day. Selected candidates travel to corporate office for a second interview, notification after a couple weeks. Company recruits at 17 schools across the nation. Was looking to fill 8-10 full time PE positions for offices around the nation.
