Meet at the career fair;
applied for job through school,
Interview scheduled
Interviewed at company location by hiring manager
Contacted by phone with job offer.
Since this was done through University coop office they tried to take control of the processes and did mostly. Most normal interview processes wont be that way. The people and culture very laid back and friendly. Although that did not extended past mid level management.

NO NEGOTIATION; but that because its agreed upon by school and company. I'm sure they have an arrangement for student services for a small fee ;-)
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
