Surprised that a company like this is so insensitive. On the first F2F interview met the Chief Information Officer and VP , who is not sure of what he really wants for a position like this.
Asked typical technical questions,followed by why did you choose to work for DSC logistics.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

The HR manager had called the previous day to set up an interview for the next day. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager and was more on the walk through your resume. She had asked me regarding the kind of work that is being done and how it will be helpful for the company based on your experiences and what different will you bring it to the table.
